Sulpha Sponge is an MSPL patented product that removes odour from decaying garbage, sludge, municipal and industrial solid waste.
Sulpha sponge works on surface adsorption mechanism to control the foul odour from municipal solid waste from originating point to the disposal point. Foul odour due to the emission of malodorous gases like Hydrogen Sulphide, Ammonical Nitrogen and Sulphur di-Oxide from the municipal solid waste affects public health. Controlling the foul odour from municipal solid waste is challenging for various municipalities across the country.
Our pathbreaking product called “Sulpha sponge” has proved effective in controlling the malodorous gases from municipal solid waste. The product augments the composting process faster and improves NPK (Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potassium) values in the organic manure produced from solid waste. Sulpha Sponge works on adsorption mechanism wherein odour causing gases are adsorbed onto sulpha sponge and mineralized.
