Ramgad Minerals & Mining Limited (RMML), based out of Hospet, Karnataka, is a flagship company of the Baldota Group of Companies. We have been operational since 1978 as a private limited company. We are now a public limited company. RMML is an iron ore mining and exploration company. Our exploration projects are focused on gold and other strategic minerals like rare earth elements.

RMML is the first private sector gold exploration company in India, having green field projects of gold in Gadag district of Karnataka. Few of them have been explored upto G1/ G2 level to set up gold mining and processing. Gold projects are spread across eight villages in Gadag district.

RMML is the first private company in India to strike a remarkable rare earth deposit in the Barmar district of Rajasthan, India after applying state of the art exploration techniques.

RMML operates one Iron Ore mine (IYLI) in Ramgad forest, sandur taluk, Ballary District.

Investing in wind power generation is RMML's way of giving back to nature. With a total installed capacity of 67.75 MW, the company's wind farms are spread across Karnataka, Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Maharashtra.
