Promoting education including special education and skills training is at the heart of all our CSR. We equip the people, especially youth and women to face the challenges of competitive, modern life and thrive.
- Every year we provide special coaching classes for 10th standard students at Danapura, Hanumanahalli, Kanivihalli, Srungaratota, Basapura, Jaisingpura, Kidadal and Halavarthi villages. As many as 1062 students have benefited so far.

As a part of promoting education and to supporting talented rural girl students, we have launched a scholarship program for rural girl children in 2020-21.A total of 264 girl students from adopted villages benefited from the scholarship program.
- To provide proper schooling to village students, we have donated 3.53 acres of land in the name of Block Education Officer (BEO), Sandur, to construct a government high school at Jaisingpura villageWe support government schools on regular basis by providing furniture and materials for mid-day meals project.

Promoting Gender Equality and Empowering Women
With the aim of empowering women and ensuring gender equality, we have launched many schemes to enhance their livelihood and employment opportunities. We run 151 self-help groups in adopted villages and Hospet.
MSPL helped rural women overcome obstacles of economic dependence and boosted household incomes by providing revolving funds. As many as 1,892 families benefited.
- We also empowered rural women by generating self-employment through animal husbandry. We assisted 185 unit/members and engaged them in animal husbandry programs.
- MSPL Limited innovated its own self-defence technique called DARE (Defence Against Rape and Eve teasing) for girls and taught self-defense techniques in educational institutions across India. Master trainers from MSPL, trained 4,35,407 girls from 2,046 educational institutions in Goa, Nasik, Chennai, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana.
- At Baldota and MSPL environmental sustainability and conservation is a fetish
- Every year we plant over 1,000 saplings on the roadside in Hospet, Koppal and surrounding villages. As on date, we have planted 19 lakh plants
- As part of farmer development programmes, based on the soil and water availability, we have implemented horticulture projects at Basapura, Kidadal and Halavarthi villages. As many as 13 farmers received and planted 1,991 horticulture plants in their lands
- We have constructed gazebo at Ankasamudra bird’s sanctuary
- We supported 1,268 families to get LPG connection.
- We have supported the state Government in wild life and habitat conservation.
- We have initiated programmes for protection of national heritage, art, and culture.
- We regularly support the state government, in celebrating Hampi Utsav at national heritage site-- Hampi.
- Through the Abheraj Baldota Foundation, we implemented SutrSantati, an exhibition to promote Indian traditional textile industries/artisan/weavers.
- Promotion of rural sports is a novel way of giving back to the community.
- We regularly support rural sports and encourage rural athletes.
- Rural development projects by Baldota are renowned
- We have developed three parks and still maintain two parks in Hospet city. Everyday 200 people visit these parks for exercise and recreation.
- The company has carried out road widening work from APMC circle and railway gate, Hospet.
- We have installed 74 streetlights from APMC to railway gate.
- We have constructed a bus stand near VNC College Hospet, to help students and commuters.
- We have constructed a walkover bridge at VNC college to connect VNC College and library. This helps students.
- We have constructed a bus stop at Basapura village.
