As Group Chief Information Officer, I actively led the organization during a period of rapid technological advancement. I've had the opportunity to witness first-hand how our company's culture, guided principles, and core values make it an ideal environment for career development. MSPL Limited is actually a dream company for many who want to pursue their career especially in Mining Domain. I joined as a fresh MBA graduate in Human Resources and have been with this organization for more than 04 years. I have not only learned a lot over these years about my own domain, but there also has been a lot of cross functional learning which has helped in an overall growth in my career. Have seen a lot of changes from a manual working to Digital Transformation over the years. Management is much supportive for the initiatives and implementation; the style of working has gradually changed from paper work to digital and to bring such change is quite commendable. MSPL Limited also have a very proactive approach to employee wellbeing and frequently organizes yoga session, events and sports to its employees and their family. As it is my first company, overall have received enriching experience in my domain and best place to work.
My experience working with MSPL has been a very enriching and rewarding one. Coming from a non-consulting background, I did have some doubts in mind initially, however all my worries were laid to rest within the first few days of joining itself. The company has a solid background with strong Values and great leadership that is highly focused on its people. The work culture is very dynamic with plenty of growth and learning opportunities for those who strive for excellence. What makes it more exciting is that the team is young and its gratifying to see the way we have evolved and expanded and continue to grow from strength to strength. No wonder it continues to maintain its name in the list of "Best Places to Work" year after year and I'm sure the company will continue to receive many more such accolades in the years to come.

Present chairman and managing director Sri Narendra Kumar baldota had not only given ample tasks with freedom to me to accomplish but also taught me the skills to accomplish tasks like father. Present young joint managing director's Sri Rahul baldota and Sri Shrenik baldota are driving the team with human touch towards the organizational goals successfully. A person like me joined as sales representative in 1983 grown to the level of executive director as on date is a hall mark of people can grow with talent in this organization. I feel proud to be a family member of this organization and completed 39 years of my career with enthusiasm and opportunities provided by the promotors of this group .I conclude with affirming that our business empire is built and grown on fundamental ethical business values and the efforts of human assets
I joined Samarpan as Director of Residential Services in July of 2021, and finally located to India in December 2021. I have spent the last 17 years working in SE Asia developing world class rehabilitation services, and I was seen as one of the original pioneers of International Rehabilitation in South East Asia. My previous role had built the largest private addiction rehab provider in SE Asia. Covid allowed me to have some breathing space in terms of work and my life direction, and the opportunity to relocate to India and be part of developing a new approach to addiction rehabilitation in India was an opportunity that can at the right time for me in terms of my career. Whilst there have been challenges within the initial months of operation, many of which are to be expected, I have thoroughly enjoyed working with my colleagues, all who have made me very welcome and been supportive. I have continued to learn more about my clinical and operational practice, as well learn more about a new culture. The organization have been very receptive towards my development plans for the rehabilitation centre, and how my experience can benefit in all areas of the operation. It will be very fulfilling to see our team grow in terms of their hard and soft skills, and achieve internationally recognized standards for care and operations. I am excited to continue with my journey here at Samarpan, and also to see us become in the coming years the leader in Mental Health and Rehabilitation services in India.
I have joined MSPL four years back and it has been a very exciting experience for me. I have enjoyed working on new projects in collaboration with cross functional teams. The company provides great opportunity for young talent through its mentoring program, where leadership team help them to achieve their individual goals. I have been associated with MSPL since 2011 and have been given the opportunity to work in different levels from Manager - (Mechanical Maintenance) to Head - (Pellet Plant). I must say that MSPL has given me an opportunity to think out of the box and allowed me to explore my strengths. The Vision of MSPL is not Self Growth rather it believes in empowering the skills of the employees, identify their potentials and utilize the same effectively in achieving the organizational goals. Given me an opportunity by MSPL, I was quite sure that joining the company would definitely be achieving a milestone in my career. Obviously, there was no second though for me. MSPL is one of the most respected organisations in the field of mining. Being a part of MSPL family, I enjoy a very warm and friendly atmosphere. Company has given me the freedom to create a way of working that works best for me. Company is extremely clear in outlining the projects run under them, so there is never any confusion and unmet expectations which intern create a very cordial atmosphere. Having worked for over 24 years in Delhi NCR, it was my first opportunity to work in a beautiful state of Karnataka and specifically Hospet with MSPL Limited. People here in my Company welcomed me very warmly and also made my transition very smooth. Directors have been very supportive of new ideas, they listen to you with a lot patience and give ample and independent space to perform to the best of your abilities. In the last 2.5 years, I had an immense professional growth just due to the fact that I am involved in almost all the activities across the organization. Due to this fact, I have been able to contribute to the organization not only setting up various processes and ERP implementation transition but also directly to the bottom line of the Group which gives a big high to the professional like me. In last 2.5 years, I have seen a lot influx of new talent across all the levels in the organization which again gives an opportunity to the employees to think differently and collaborate to achieve organizational objectives effectively and efficiently.
