Rahulkumar N Baldota
Rahulkumar N Baldota is the Joint Managing Director of MSPL Limited, one of India’s leading mining organisation and the flagship company of the Baldota Group. As a key promoter, he is responsible for the group’s overall vision and strategy, shipping, business development, mineral exploration, MARKETING, legal and corporate communications.
His leadership has demonstrated accelerated growth of the company to become India’s largest exporter of high-grade iron ore in the private sector.
Rahul holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Production Engineering and has completed his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Illinois, Chicago, USA. He joined the Group in 1993.
Determined to give back to the society, Rahul is a strong believer of corporate social responsibility, with sustainability as a theme encompassing all developmental activities; he delivers a working and self sustaining solutions to village development.
His keen interest is to conserve the environment has lead us to plant 1.8 million trees of various species in the mining lease area. The Baldota Group is one of the few organisations in India which publishes out a comprehensive Corporate Sustainability Reports.

His engagements are driven by his passion to give mining its due position in the nation’s economy and make mining the harbinger and catalyst for economic, social and cultural development in remote parts of India.
Rahulkumar N. Baldota has been playing an active role in the apex mining Trade body of the country – the Federation of Indian Mineral Industries (FIMI). He served as the President of FIMI from 2007 to 2009.
Rahul resides in a joint family in Hosapete. Along with his passion of building businesses that build the nation, Rahul is also passionate about spending time with the family.
