A new Paper publication has been given under Public Notice, by issuing a Caution notice to the general public regarding alleged credit card fraud reportedly to have been committed by unknown persons using our company name.
It has been recently brought to our attention that some unknown malicious persons are fraudulently using our company name as "MSPL" or "MSPL BANGALORE IN" and indulging in various acts of cheating and appear to have deceived and defrauded unsuspecting individuals by siphoning money from their credit cards. The fraudsters purportedly are concealing their real identity and using the name of MSPL to cheat the public. We hereby clarify that MSPL Limited has not authorized any person or agency for any such activity and MSPL Limited is in no way connected to such acts. MSPL has already filed a complaint with the police authorities to investigate and initiate action against such fraudsters.
