Self-Assessed Training needs to exist when there is a gap between what you can do now and what you need to be able to do. The reporting managers are asked to identify the business goals for the respective departments. He is then required to identify the deficiencies and skill requirements of the employee. The Self Assessment is premised on the assumption that you know best what you are good and bad at. I joined this company on 14-July-2014 immediately after completion of my B.E. I wasn’t aware of many things related to this industry which I have got to know in my induction program, where I went through the Mining Plant, Gas Plant and many classes that were held to understand the process carried out at industrial levels. My induction programme helped me to know many things about professional life which was needed for a new beginner like me.
After that I was placed as Engineer Trainee in Materials dept. at Pellet Plant, till now my experience is great in Plant and my dept. as well, where I got to learn many important things. I have been working with MSPL since 2008 and it has been an enriching learning experience for me. I work on the Gadag Gold Project and have responsibilities varying from field work to mapping to bore hole planning. I, after completing my Engineering in Mechanical discipline joined various institutions and worked as Technical professional. Having 20+ years of experience in conventional and non convention power industry, I joined as Assistant General Manager-Power in MSPL Wind Business effect from August, 2008 and after servicing one and half years with MSPL I was promoted as Deputy General Manager-Power with effect from April,2010. I got ample opportunity to work and learn. However, in MSPL I have grown up further as a techno-commercial professional due to opportunity for taking care of all aspects of the Wind business.

I am an MBA (Marketing & Finance) graduate. I joined as a Management Trainee in MSPL on August,2010. After completing my training period I was promoted as Executive (Wind Power) with effect from August, 2011 and placed in Wind power Business division.

In November 2012, joined the Baldota Group as Senior Manager – Legal and has been entrusted with the job of handling various cases relating to Company.
