Narendrakumar A.Baldota has been associated with MSPL Limited since its inception in 1961. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce. He was born on 27th December 1940 and spent his initial years in Mumbai. He is a distinguished entrepreneur, whose pioneering efforts in establishing progressive and sustainable development practices in business and in nation building have drawn recognition to the Indian Mining sector.He has served as Chairman of Jain International Trade Organization (JITO), Mumbai. He is also the Chairman of The Greater Bombay Co-operative Bank Ltd (Scheduled Bank), which has 22 branches in Mumbai.
Narendrakumar A. Baldota has been the Managing Director from June 1997 and CMD from Dec 2002 and has been the Chairman from July 2005. The bank has bagged the “Best Urban Co-op Bank Award” in 2003 and the award was given away by Shri Bimal Jalan, honourable former Governor of the Reserve Bank of India.

Rahulkumar N. Baldota has been playing an active role in the apex mining trade body of the country – the Federation of Indian Mineral Industries (FIMI). He served as the President of FIMI from 2007 to 2009.

Shrenik. N .Baldota graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from Poddar College, Mumbai affiliated to Bombay University in 1991.
He has great hunger for adventure and is a vibrant person and has taken part in a number of grueling and incredible adventure challenges, such as flying a MIG 29 jet to the Edge of Space stratosphere and wing walking. His personal interests include travel, adventure, driving, camping, photography, birdlife & wildlife watching, music, and flying. He has successfully completed expeditions to Antarctica, North Pole, South Georgia, & Falkland, Research on the Crocodiles of the Okavango in Botswana and Vanuatu Volcanic with National Geographic expedition in the South Pacific Ocean. He is also the first Indian to ever take a trek on Ambrym (Vanuatu) and his soul mate Rashmi is the first Indian woman to climb a volcanic crater.
Mr. Shrenik is a third generation entrepreneur of the ‘Baldota Group’ and is the Executive Director of MSPL LIMITED – a flagship Company of Baldota Group since 1992.
He has extensive experience as a director of a large number of companies across the Baldota Group in sectors ranging from mining, wind power, industrial gases, shipping & pellet plant. He is responsible for creating new business ventures and guiding their initial development, with a particular focus on building out Baldota Group’s interests in the Gold Mining, Wind Power, Pelletisation, and mineral exploration. He also takes overall responsibility of developing human resources, and managing corporate support services.
He is also the Director of The Greater Bombay Co-operative Bank Limited, Mumbai, which has a turnover of Rs.2,348 crore and has 22 branches in Mumbai.
He has also served as the Vice Chairman of Indian Wind Power Association (IWPA), which aims to promote the wind power in the country.
As an avid bird lover, he has dedicated time in studying, documenting and photographing many species in and around Hosapete and Hampi. In the recent times, he has played as a strategic guide and a sponsor for publication of “Important Bird Areas in India” (2004), “Potential & existing Ramsar Wetlands of India” (2007), “Threatened Birds of India” in association with “Bombay Natural History Society” (BNHS) and “Birds of Hampi” in association with INTACH-Hampi. These publications were aimed to create awareness and bring sustainable solutions for the long term conservation of the threatened avifauna.

With his active role in the power sector, MSPL has installed wind mills to the capacity of 215.75 MW in various parts of India. Recently, MNRE Ist prize for Independent Power Producer under wind programme from her Excellency, the President of India Smt. Pratibha Patil and also MSPL has been awarded KREDL award for the highest investment in wind power production by a single window in the year 2005.
